Website Design:    The design of your website is critical to its success as an advertising tool for your business.  The image you convey to the public is of utmost importance.  Therefore, you need to create a pleasant attractive environment that your customers will enjoy and return to often.  It is not enough to have a website.  You must keep it up to date with changes periodically so existing customers stay interested in returning.  We will design your site to have it's own character and image that your customers will recognize.   We can include your company logo, photos of personnel and products and even design an actual e-commerce storefront from which your customers can view and order products and services online using their credit card, debit card or e-check.

Our Design Fee is based on $35.00/hour.  Typically each web page design takes approximately two - four hours.  E-commerce product pages will generally take longer depending on the number of products, description detail, pictures per page and installation of payment system.

Banner Ads:  Banner Ads can be placed on the Hilton Head Banner Links Page and/or one or more of the category pages.  Banner Ads provide a small advertising area with a link to your website.  We can design a banner ad as your link.   If you have your own domain name the banner ad would take visitors directly to your domain website http://www.yourdomainname.com .  Example: see Banner Ads under Banner Links.  If you have a business with its own domain name; you should consider a business listing or banner ad on http://hiltonhead-online.com to draw customers to your site.  This is an inexpensive way of adding hits to your site from our site that advertises Hilton Head Island to visitors from around the world.

Business Listings:  Includes a list of Hilton Head Island area businesses that participate in advertising on this site.  All include at least the listing of the name, address, phone number and a brief description of services offered, however, many include hyperlinks to either their domain name or links to their sub-web site under one of the many category pages on this site.  Links are generally accomplished by either a hyperlink from the name of the company or by a banner ad directing customers to their website.  Business Listings on Hilton Head Online cost $5.00/month.  This service is included free with our annual hosting contract.

Hyperlinks:  Hyperlinks (Not Banner Ads) refer to a direct link to your company site from the name that appears in the Business Listing such as: Your Company Name to YourDomainName.Com.   This service is included as part of the Business Listing at no additional charge.

Website Hosting:  Hilton Head Online will host your website, setup your own domain name and host your site on our servers.    You must have their own Internet Domain in order to be secure for online credit card processing of transactions.  Hilton Head Online can design your E-commerce Storefront with product pages, online ordering, setup your merchant account online processor and manage your online store.  All you need is an account into which payments are deposited and the product ready for shipment.  We will walk you through every step of the entire process of having your products and services for sale online.  The following are hosting options available through our parent company BMCI.
